Wade did an amazing job explaining the equipment and walking me through the process. I appreciate all his hard work and wanted to make sure it doesn’t go unnoticed. Fabian was my installer who also did an amazing job. He was fast and very informative. Great work, I would highly recommend.

Michael Rogers was very thorough in presenting the Kinetico water softener and drinking station products. He explained how the products functioned and was extremely personable. We were able to schedule the install at a time that fit our schedules, and the install went very smooth. Fabian did our install and explained everything he needed to do prior to starting his install. Once completed he explained the functioning of both systems and let us know we could call if we ever needed assistance. GREAT Experience!

Our Kinetico system was installed a month ago- our water tastes better and my skin feels much softer. I feel like I can clean my counters and sink with just plain water. The inside of my dishwasher is actually clean looking ( in addition- glasses are sparkling clean!) I am definitely a satisfied customer!

I just had Kinetico’s softener and drinking water systems installed and the experience was top notch. Wade Benham did a great job with the in-home explanation and sales pitch. He was above board and answered all my questions to satisfaction. Fabian did an outstanding job on a difficult install and everything is working as promised. And the water is great !!!! Contacted Kinetico to arrange an installation of their whole house system. We had already tested our water quality and with my husband’s health concerns decided to purchase the Kinetico system. Spoke with Michael who quickly arranged for an installer to visit our home. Fabian arrived as scheduled and promptly/quickly went to work. He was professional yet personable and did an excellent installation. Highly recommend this product to resolve the hard water and chemical issues of our city water.

Michael Rogers was the least high pressured , and the most knowledgeable product rep that I have sat down with. That is a lot coming from me, a retired Realtor. He also made me feel that any future questions after the sale would not be a problem to still remember who I am. His email chock full of facts, and helpful hints that I actually read while the installer was working in my garage is something I will continue to refer to far into the future.
